I lived here from 2021-2023. It was a good building while managed by Christian and Tasha, but once the new owner Mai Ling took over, it became a horrible place. Search all her other properties to know who you’d be dealing with. Between the unsafe conditions, broken garage door, miscommunication errors, the windows in cars being busted out, TERRIBLE neighbors, maintenance requests going unanswered, among other things, this place went downhill. Oh and good luck getting your deposit back after all that.
NASTY ATTITUDE AND OUTDATED OFFICE.
Dysfunctional office and a building that cannot provide a statement that their units do not have cockroaches as it’s stated in other reviews. Extremely incompetent staff that cannot read statements and has attitude, they will make you fill out a PAPER application while they request 10 millions statements they’re unable to read unless they’re all put into one PDF file and are highlighted... Nasty leasing office and a horrible attitude. The building conceals they have roaches. Horrible.
Homeless people spray painting the walls in the apartment, breaking windows on cars in the parking garage, and spray painting cars out front. They will promise you it’s safe and secure, but you’ll be moving into hell. The poor fire department is probably exhausted from the homeless people pulling the fire alarm in the building non stop. If the building is so secure, how are all these homeless people getting inside? RUN FROM THIS PLACE
