Homeless people spray painting the walls in the apartment, breaking windows on cars in the parking garage, and spray painting cars out front. They will promise you it’s safe and secure, but you’ll be moving into hell. The poor fire department is probably exhausted from the homeless people pulling the fire alarm in the building non stop. If the building is so secure, how are all these homeless people getting inside? RUN FROM THIS PLACE
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I submitted an application for this place the same day I toured. Management was very nice during the tour then impossible to get ahold of after I submitted my $60 application. After TEN DAYS of waiting around to hear whether or not my application was approved, I decided to move on to somewhere else (still never received an answer from them). They are very kind and attentive up front then keep you in the dark for weeks! That's not okay, definitely not a place I'm willing to call home. Wasted two+ week... read more
The apartment do a bunch stuff and change the locks on people apartment without they permission.The manager is not professional.Will have a lawyer send some papers.it went two months with out a manager when the building was sold and we have pictures and the original owner and manager back.Probably some illegal paperwork move to avoid taxes or the housing department.Don’t move there..
Tried to get ahold of nVe NoHo for a tour at about 7 different numbers multiple times as well as schedule a tour through several websites (which all show different open hours for the complex too) over the course of about a week and either the tour scheduling form was broken or scheduled me for a tour at a completely different and unrelated complex.
