Do not take your pets to Family Pet Clinic of Grapevine. The Office Manager is Christina Rasco is a complete fraud and will terminate you animals from being seen but still try and charge your monthly fee on the paw plan. After digging to find the owner of the clinic I found out it is owned by National Veterinary Association and from the looks of these reviews they don't portray to any care when it comes to their locations scamming people out of money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO Big Sky Animal Medical Center in Great Falls, MT! This Clinic is owned by the National Veterinary Association. They admitted to failing to do their job and the system error that led to them failing to perform CPR. They have not tried to right their wrong or even get back to me to set up a meeting.
