I had suffered a fall and had been miserable for about 2 months. I am so glad I found MV Wellness. The word 'Wellness' caught my eye right away and it is at an easily accessible location. Jana' is highly skilled and got me on the right path to relief from swelling. She also had good suggestions for home care. I am looking forward to returning and even after I am fully recovered, I will keep Jana' as my 'go to'.

Janá was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and helped me to be able to relax and gave me some tips on what I could do to help my situation. Her pressure was great, and she even asked if the pressure was ok which made me feel at ease knowing I could tell her if I needed more or less pressure during the session. I will definitely be back.
Great Experience! Would recommend NV Wellness to anyone looking for regular and wellness massage.
I would highly recommend the knowledge and expertise of Janá. I had a great experience overall with the lymphatic drainage, dry scrub and scalp massage. Left me feeling like I was on a cloud.
