The most unprofessional place of business I have ever attended. They call you multiple times a week trying to rearrange your appointment. They even called me at 5:30 pm and then again that same day to try and move my appointment. I don't understand why it's so difficult to schedule someone on the correct day and time. Harassing customers is not acceptable.
Nicole overcharged me for each service. When we were checking out she said it was $60 PER SERVICE. I booked through Vagaro and the prices were $38, $40, and $35 (as seen in the screenshots attached), that should have totaled to $113. Not only did she overcharge me, but she also rushed through every single service. She burnt my hair on the curling iron and did my make up like a toddler. I had to fix my entire look myself.
