The nail tech applied new acrylic over lifted acrylic which is a serious health risk and a breach of proper nail sanitation. The Lifted product creates a space that traps dirt and moisture, which leads to bacterial growth and, if filled over, seals in that infection. Look at my photos!!! Unacceptable!! I stopped going because this happened once before. It had been over a year, decided to come back and give them another chance. Never coming back!

I have been going to NV nails and spa since I moved to South Riding. Jessie is an amazing tech. She takes really good care of my nails and also suggests what I can do to make my manicure experience better. She is very meticulous with her work. Will definitely recommend her to others!

I don’t usually write bad reviews, and I genuinely appreciate the effort the technician put into my nails. He spent time and tried his best, and I even gave him a good tip because of that. However, I’m honestly shocked by the low quality of the products used. I got a simple full set French gel manicure last Friday, and after only 4 days it already started lifting and peeling (see photo). The owner, Lynn and staff are kind, respectful and courteous. You are always greeted with a smile and purposeful hello! Their services are excellent, their products are top quality. I have been coming every three weeks for the past five years. I highly recommend supporting this local business.
