I am new to the Jefferson area and was hoping to find a nail salon where I could become a long-term customer. I am a woman of color, and during my visit I was asked by the owner or manager to pay for my service before it was completed, while my nails still had powder on them, because they said they were about to close their registers. First time going and brought my 5 year old daughter. They did amazing took their time even when it got busy to make sure I liked them. They also gave my daughter a snack and drink while she was waiting for me to finish. We will be back! 🥰

I have never liked getting my nails done. Decided I should for family pictures. Ryan made my nails PERFECT. He took his time making sure each nail was perfect. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. All of my other nail experiences (not from this location) weren’t great because of rushing me. I think I’ll go back more often to get them done by Ryan

I have been going to this salon for the past year with little issue. Today was very disappointing. The chair did not work which was less than ideal during the pedicure, and then I left with 6 bloody nails from the manicure. Very sad as I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. When I mentioned the issue, the only resolution was $5 off.
