I will never go back here worst nail salon experience ever!!! I waited over 1 1/2 hours just to leave with nothing. Me and my coworker went to get our nails done after work, we walked in and they weren’t busy at all. They took my coworker back immediately to get her toes done and I waited for a full set. 20 minutes later about 7 people had walked in after and was served before me. This was my spot ...15 years maybe more...not any more. I took a break from going because my gel nails were not lasting but 1 week. Decide to give it another chance. I am extremely disappointed...hours changed and the personal touch is no longer given...new management? The hot towel was cold...she responded by saying we just opened. No lotion or oil was offered to my washed nails....I will not be back at all.
My mom, my neighbor and I have been going here for years. I wouldn’t change it for a bit.
Excellent service!! It was my first time ever getting my nails done in gel and I’m so so happy with the result. Definitely recommend this wonderful salon.
