NV The Harbor Point area in general is hands down the best apartment living in CT. I've lived everywhere in this state - it beats anything in the New London, Hartford, and New Haven areas in terms of quality of living space, amenities, walkability, things to do for people young or old, etc. Other apartments in CT for this price don't even have half the services and perks this community has. Highly recommend! I’ve been living here for a while, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the apartment community. I want to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful team that makes everything run so smoothly!
