My initial consultation took much longer than expected with a waiting period in the lobby alone taking over 35 minutes. I needed to break my consultation into two parts when I was told the testing would take several hours, not to mention dilation. I was overprescribed on eye drop medication when I moved forward with lasik. Always have had a great experience there at the eye Center, Every one is so polite. And my Doctor is always pleasant.
If there was a way to give zero stars, I would do so. I was told that my appointment would take 60 to 90 minutes. Upon my arrival, I started filling out my paperwork. While doing so, I overheard them talking to another patient and telling her that it would be at least another hour wait before her appointment Would take place. Great experience!!! Dr Debry’s entire staff were great. Starting with Phillip, then working with Mary, and ending with Hailey and Jessica. My wife and I had our eyes tested for Refractive Lens Exchange and we both have appointments next month to have it done!!! Dr Debry exudes confidence and takes time to answer any concerns.
