Outstanding service! I drive a Mercedes CLA250- my radio went out, I wasn’t able to use the screen for months. I took it to the Mercedes dealership and they were no help at all. They said there was a chance this cannot get fixed, as the software needed to reprogram the system was discontinued. I found NIM and he reassured me that he can get this fixed.
