Started going to this shop like 3 months ago and thought I found my forever shop but my last experience I was not pleased with I spent 350 dollars on my hair for the style to come out the next day when they could’ve told me they did not know how to do the style and I could’ve found something else but that’s not the part that bothers me I got my hair dyed and all my locs are not dyed and it’s already fading I really wanted to come back the next day and ask for some of my money back but felt it wasn’t worth the time plus there... read more

I had such a great experience at NUWBNS Lockshouse! I was actually a walk-in visiting from Chicago and decided to stop in for a retwist. I started my locs myself over a year ago and never retwisted them again because I thought I would just let them freely form and do what they were going to do naturally.
