I scheduled a viewing for one of the properties and found the experience to be extremely disappointing. The representative who met me on-site was unprofessional and disengaged-she remained on her phone, offered minimal interaction, and responded to questions with short, unhelpful answers. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. Despite this, I proceeded to submit an application and paid the required fee, only to receive no communication or follow-up whatsoever. Unit was old and outdated. Had to request handles for the windows and screens. Bathroom faucets were rusty and leaky. After we moved out we were charged for a ceiling tile they replaced, a furnace filter that they were supposed to replace anyway, and blinds for All of the windows, including patio blinds that we never had. I would Never recommend anyone rent from this company.
Amy was kind and early for my appointment. The house was exactly as listed. Nice place.
