Hired this company for weekly pool maintenance and used them for over 3 years. Went through several technicians, (as expected), however, the management didn't follow up to make sure these technicians knew what they were doing or make sure the pools were being properly maintained. When advising management, they did not follow up. I contacted NuWave Pools to get a second opinion on why my pump was not functioning properly. The technician came, but I was out of the house when he serviced my pump. I did not receive a call or e-mail as to what was done and whether or not it was fixed until I decided to try it about 3 weeks later. I just recently received the invoice that explained what was done. I could have been using my pool

NuWave pools has always been professional, courteous, and very reasonable with their repair prices. I recently had my pump and filter replaced, and the entire process was very easy. Jeris, who works in the office, was very helpful with answering any questions I had, and Wes, the installation technician, was also very helpful in showing us how our new system worked. I appreciate all the hard work the entire NuWave team put in to help me.
