Absolutely terrible costumer service from the business owner monzel.
This barber Monzell is a ripoff if you're even a minute late he won't try to work with you and pocket your money. Terrible customer service I wouldn't recommend his cuts ain't all that to be getting taken advantage of $40 down the drain
