NuWatt installed my 27-panel solar system with a couple of CODE VIOLATIONS that I've come to find out about, and these are threats to my family's safety. They also caused significant damage to my roof, and 1.5 YEARS LATER they are still giving me the run-around and have NOT properly repaired the roof. TLDR: Use someone Else. They say $0 out of pocket, and then ask for a $500 deposit as soon as you are signed. Since they will be hanging onto that $500 loan for several months, it doesn't seem like $0. I originally signed in August 2021. I am writing this at the end of June and my solar still isn't performing as advertised. The initial estimate said running by September 19. The contract stated by October 18. I've absolutely enjoyed the NuWatt experience, and I would surely, surely recommend, and I have been getting customers for NuWatt Energy because they have treated us so well!!
Afif was great in his presentation of NuWatt Energy's incredible solar panels and top-notch installation team. He also helped us by showing us options with no pressure!! It would be nice if all solar companies worked like NuWatt Energy. They have our vote as an honest company promoting better product and service.
