Great company and great product. They're timely and professional. Highly recommended.
The filtration system appears to perform its intended function well, provided the filters are replaced at the recommended intervals. Unfortunately, after three years of ownership, the customer service and automatic filter shipment program have significantly deteriorated. Multiple phone calls, voicemail messages, and emails have gone unanswered, making it difficult to obtain replacement filters or receive any assistance. I have a home system, and have white water marks all the time on anything stainless, my sink and water ice dispenser. Always looks a mess! And what's it doing that I can't see, like to my pipes?
Maybe we’ve just had bad luck but we have had terrible customer service and the product is not working as expected. It’s impossible to get our issues resolved and phone times are extremely long.
Water remains the marks on faucets and very dry. I don’t know why is that. Water seems to be getting more dry.
