Reconsider if you have copper pipes, this system causes corrosion. It didn't come up until a pipe broke and flooded our condo. Having copper pipes was never mentioned as an issue even with repeated issues with the system. Only when a water pipe leaked causing the ceiling to fall in and flood our brand new flooring was it mentioned as an issue. We were instructed to remove the water softener. We tested the water, and our PH and copper levels were off the charts. We've been drinking this unhealthy water for 2 1/2 years. Clearl... read more

We purchased a “water Quality” meter to test our drinking water. From reverse osmosis system, result is 51. The water prior to installation from the rest of our house tested 470. Talking with Shawn Anderson regarding your Manor System, he confirmed drinking levels throughout the house to be close to comparable to our kitchen RO system. Now, a month after installation of Manor, results show 451. Can you explain why?

We have 5 Nuvo filters on our rental houses. They work to help the water quality and keep sediment down with a pre-filter. One failed a few years ago. It was replaced as it had the warranty. The engineer who decided that there should not be a dial for on, off and bypass should be fired! This house has piping in the ceiling so as soon as you remove the housing; there is a stream of water until you quickly clean the housing and replace the new filter in it. Go back to original design or I would never recommend anyone to buy !!

Very pleased. First thing I noticed was crystal clear ice from my ice maker. Installation was very easy and took about an hour due to my plumbing requirements. Special hoses purdhased. Before installation, I did a hardness test with a professional meter and after one week, hardness was down13%. Chlorine test showed “zero”. We have very hard water in West Texas and there is a noticeable difference in water quality.

Got my home duo system at Lowes for my new home in May 2024 and had a local plumber install it. I'm very happy with my clean water coming out of all my faucets. The system removes that horrible chlorine smell and taste from the water.
