I do not recommend NuvoH2O. Find a different product. We bought a home with one of their older systems (~5 years old). The whole system cracked, and the bypass valve broke. We had water all over our basement, and we had to cut our water and re-pipe on a Saturday night. It was a horrible experience. Seems very cheaply made. Just incredibly disappointed. I hate the feel of soft water and was really excited for the NuvoH2O system based on the reviews. Unfortunately there’s almost no way they can be real. This system does nothing I can tell. If anything my water is significantly worse than before. You can see from the pictures the water staining is equal to having no softening at all. I purchased this system after talking on the phone with a very polite gentleman named Ian who, after discussing the size of my house, location and amount of people living in it, guided me to purchase the Manor Trio system stating that it would work well for me. After 1 month, I was already dealing with hard water buildup and decreased water pressure from scale that was forming on the inside.
