I've been coming to Nuvo for over a decade for skin services (facials/waxing). Knowing and growing up in the salon business myself, I know what good customer service and personality should be. My experience was ok for maybe an average priced salon. Def not the prices they charge here. The stylist Rob rushed, the outcome wasn't what I would have expected or wanted for the price I paid, he then told me he couldn't curl my hair that my time was up he was going home. Sharon Sanders is the best nail technician I have ever had!
First time here. From the moment I walked to the chair, it was an awful experience. The nail tech was rude and ill tempered. She spoke very rudely, the few times she spoke. She jerked my hands/arms every time she moved me. She squirted lotion all over my shirt and either didn't notice or didn't care. I came here five months pregnant hoping for a relaxing day with a friend at a spa. I had the best experience at nuvo salon with my girlfriend. I would recommend it to anyone. They do everything their. You will be treated like a queen. Defiantly a must try. I will be going back again very soon.
