Horrible experience , Unqualified, Unprofessional. Lack of touch to explain things not to say loud & rude . The staff will make a thousand excuses to get the job done instead of giving options. Coming from a Sales Manager I rate this place 2 stars on costumer service.
Joseph is a wonderful stylist..great with color and a hair cut that maintains the look for 4-6 weeks!! Super happy with his professional technique!
I went in for a trim and had danielle as my stylist, I opted for her due to the great reviews reccomending her. I am very glad I choose her, she did a great consultation and was very careful to listen to how I wanted my hair done, and even gave me some advice ! I will definitely be going back to her in a few months for another trim.
Another win! I’ve been going to Ciara at Nuvo for about 9 months and LOVE her! Color, Highlights, “melt”, and cut. I have long, thick, hair and she does a wonderful job. Well, she was out of town and I needed services for a military ball I was attending. HUGE THANKS to Samantha and Maria for hair and makeup...I felt like a princess!!!
My best friend turned me on to Nuvo and Amelia. I've always done my own hair color, and it looked it. Amelia is amazing! I love the colors I've had done! My hair is starting to look healthy again. I will never use anyone else!

Love love love this place! I highly recommend Ash as your nail technician, Wendy as your aesthetician, and Janie and Darlene as massage therapists! I haven’t tried any hair services yet, but it’s on my to-do list! You won’t be disappointed here!
Just met Danielle for the first time and she saved my hair. I have unruly curly hair and told her to do what she thinks is best. I love the cut and really appreciate the help with finding the products I should use. Will keep coming back!
