I called this morning to make an appointment for contact lenses and the receptionist over the phone was very short and had quite an attitude over the phone. It was never like this in the previous years and I hope she works on her customer service skills over the phone.
I've tried to call this place to book an appointment for the past 3 weeks. No answer ever -at least 10 times it has gone to voicemail and no call back. Terrible communication .
My experience with Nuvo Optometry has been incredibly disappointing. I reached out via email to inquire about booking appointments, and when I didn’t get a reply, I followed up with more emails and even called the clinic directly. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I never received any kind of response — not even a quick acknowledgment.
