I had such a great experience at this nail salon! Their Gel X service was amazing, and my nails turned out so pretty. The designs were done super neatly and looked exactly like what I asked for. The staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time, which I loved. The salon felt nice and relaxing. Overall, I’m really happy with my service!
Complete dissatisfied with today’s service. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she did complete wrong colour and I asked for 3 big gems in the photo and she put a bunch of really small ones. I then asked her if she can switch it and she did and then asked if we can do the colour that I asked cause I didn’t like it at all and she said no at first and I was not happy so she changed the colour and SHE wasn’t happy that SHE had to do that. I’ve been to Nuvo Nails for 2 years and service was good. Today I came to my scheduled pedicure and they asked me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes - no one said anything and when they noticed that I started to leave as I couldn’t wait any longer (which I told them) they didn’t even apologize. Very disappointed with their service.
