I’m a repeat customer for 8 months now, and I have always had a wonderful experience here. I’ve never witnessed anyone being treated unkindly or unprofessionally, and I can speak Vietnamese, so I’ve never even heard the technicians speak rudely of any other customers while I’m there. And unlike other salons I’ve been to, my bio gel nails have NEVER broken since I started going here (unless I grow them past the 4 week mark, but that’s on me, not them). I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Nuvo Nails, specifically with Gina. She has repeatedly shown zero respect for her clients’ time, and today was the final straw. Gina canceled my original appointment last minute, only one hour before I was supposed to arrive. I was understanding and rebooked, even though she claimed the only available slot was at 4:30 PM. I did my nails about 4 days are came off the color and I came to fixed but a day later the color continued to peel off…. I have no time to come to fix it again…
Would not reccomend came for gel fill left completely disappointed and in shock. One my tech was extremely sick coughing the whole time which isn’t enjoyable to begin with I asked for square shaped short did not receive at all ended with u shaped nails and not short explained over and over again to cut them and showed picture for shape. Still not great at all should have known better then to do my eyebrow after but since I was there I thought why not.
