I went here 3 weeks ago to get a set of nails done before I go on vacation and typically I love it This time however I cannot be more disappointed because the nails are crooked they're heavily weighted down and unfortunately I had to remove them so it was a complete waste of time and money
I had a very disappointing experience at Nuva Nail. The service was rushed and unprofessional. The technician didn’t listen to what I asked for, and the final result looked nothing like what I wanted. The tools didn’t seem properly sanitized, and the overall hygiene of the place made me uncomfortable. I also found the staff to be dismissive when I tried to express my concerns—they were more focused on getting to the next customer than making sure I was satisfied. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the technician was unprofessional and rude. I explained that I wanted a French manicure and showed her a picture, which she agreed to. I also asked for a new set, but was told that removing my old nails would cost an additional $15 which is ridiculous considering most salons include that in the service.
