Great move-in experience I just recently moved into Nuvo, and have been really pleased with the experience. The management staff, especially Cole, has been very responsive and has taken care of all my needs in my new home. Great experience.

Please do not live here I have never written a review for anything in my life. This apartment has been so bad that I had to. It is an unsafe and neglectful place to live. My mental health has never been worse thanks to the neglects that I will get into later. I read the reviews about this apartment before renting. I remember thinking "I'm sure it can't be that bad, everyone is always upset with property managers." Do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT LIVE HERE New management that has taken over is AWFUL. Chose to paint the building with ONE DAY heads up (go get your furniture! We’re not responsible if it gets painted) chose to “update” fixtures in the hallway making it look ghetto. Maintenance requests were ignored at least one month (were looking to hire someone!) laundry unit (2 out of 6 dryers) broken and completely ignored for MONTHS (up to the residents to contact third party company!) completely ignored elevators being down- At one of two elevators broken at... read more
RUN! DO NOT RENT HERE! Stay Away!!! For the love of God!! This building does not value your right to water at all. They have turned the water off about once every month to two months. Sometimes for DAYS at a time. You will be given no warning, and no updates. The lack of communication is appalling. Whatever asset managers they have here are not doing their jobs. Avoid the "Penthouses" at all costs Very overpriced for a shabby apartment with very poor maintenance. The building is very noisy especially on the top floor where there is constant headache-inducing noise from the roof. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.
Frustrating and Incompetent. Great location. Right next to Cheeseman Park and the Botanical Gardens. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say. Management is miserable, people steal packages, the building is in disrepair, etc.
This place sucks! Run away, fast. Do not rent here. Too expensive for broken down, poorly managed, property. Avoid!

Nuvo apartment is medocre in cleanliness and out of date but great location First, do not move with anything larger than small aprtment size, IT WILL NOT FIT INTO THE ELVATOR OR UP THE STAIRS. I had to leave my couch and my bedframe on the sidewalk on the day I moved because they did not fit. The bathroom in the master bedroom is filthy and moldy.
