The screening process request form is a waste of time. You don't even have English as an option to choose. Fields are unclear as to the data you want. No matter what I enter, it won't except it (certain fields). IMSO, redo the entire screening process as most people are simply discouraged.

The workers are amazing and its helping me alot! The building has an elevator that's really clean and helpful for my disability! The building has good clean bathrooms too! Everything is so clean in here! 100% recommend! I love coming here! The psychologist I meet with is so nice and understanding! She has helped me more than everyone else I met with in the past!( different place and building). I feel comfortable coming here!

i visited the laurier location twice. the first time, the young woman at the front desk, who i think had orange-ish brown hair and possibly glasses, handed me a form to fill out. When i asked her a question about a portion of the form regarding payment information, her response was "i don't know, it's not MY paper" ..? I was pretty taken aback by this and was confused as to what she even meant. When i arrived for my second appointment, I learned that the front desk is responsible for several businesses.
