Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. Very difficult to cancel my account. I was on hold for a long time, finally left my number for a call back and no one called.
Liz is always so helpful and patient with all my requests. She goes above and beyond. I’m always amazed at how fast she gets things approved and so very organized. Love doing business with her.
