Best bank I’ve ever used and this branch has always been amazing with customer service. I’ll never bank anywhere else
Extremly unprofessional staff. Questionable bank full of questionable people.
To be fair, I’ve had less problems with NVCU than any other bank or CU, but trying to reach a customer service rep is nearly impossible! I just experienced a problem making a deposit at their ATM and there seems to be no one manning the phone lines. This is an entirely unacceptable thing for any establishment that holds my money.
