Short story, I got sick and had emergency surgery. I had auto draft payments set up like the rest of us. The FEES that they charged me after I asked them to discontinue all auto draft payments for me was crazy. They shut down my checking account and threatened to send me to check systems for $100.00. I paid them all of their fees and then they shut my credit card down. I wish I could give them 0 stars but that's not possible. I am filing a complaint with the CFPB regarding their business practices.
Always a friendly face when you walk in! No better place to back than NuVision. Opened an account 10 years ago and will never go back to regular bank. This branch is exceptional. Only downfall is sometimes card machine doesn't work. Thank you
Got a solar loan and they set me up on auto pay. Even though I've never missed a payment and pay in full each month, I've been sent to collections twice and have over $400 in late fees I've had to pay off. Even after multiple phone calls and apologies from the company, I still have no faith the issue has been resolved and just waiting for my credit score to drop a 3rd time after they send me to collections once again.
