I recently switched from Chase to Nuvision after 24 years. I was nervous and even though Chase never did me any favors, I had some misgivings about making the switch. Darlene helped assisted me in getting a new checking & savings and helped me secure a new car loan. She patiently walked me through the steps to just about everything involved, including making my payments on the app. She’s got the patience of an Angel & has been so responsive and consistent at providing excellent customer service.
