Incompetent. Apparently the tellers just “check you in” to see a banker. And then you have to wait 90 minutes to see the one banker they have working???
Came here get myself added onto my husbands checking account as a joint account. First time we walked in the line was about 7 people deep with 2 tellers working and we stopped to ask a banker at a desk what the process was. He seemed so perturbed by the fact we would ask him anything. His response was to get in line. We had our toddler with us and some other errands to run so we decided to come back an hour later. I went in to change my phone number on record and was flirted with by Omar. He was extremely inappropriate. When I handed him my ID he said, "So you're a natural ginger." Then asked if i was the only one in my family and then said, "I knew you were special..." and also said, "I don't mean to be weird but you're very pretty." This made me very uncomfortable. 8.7.2025 after visiting the branch to ensure our account doesn't go into inactivity.. still received another letter stating account will be inactive and will incurred fees. Call CS, after holding for over 40 minutes I decided to hang up. If a financial institution can't help members in a timely matter.. then time to move your money.
I've been a member almost 20 years and have had 3 car loans a credit card and checking/savings with NuVision. This institution has really gone down hill over the years. Customer service is poor and it takes forever to get anything done. Online banking is archaic and online account servicing is almost non-existent. My last loan approval a year ago required extra leg work on my end because the underwriting team did not know how to read a paystub properly (seriously).
