Opened a CD online last week, didn't know I couldn't add more to it once I opened it. Very disappointed, as Navy Federal allowed me to do that with the CD I had. I received an email about added benefits, including in an increased interest rate on a certificate. The number I called was not in service. Tried to call the 1-800 number, the wait time was 64 minutes. I don't recommend this credit union. Navy Federal is immensely better.
No one picks up the phone. Difficult website to log into
I feel welcome everytime time I visit the Longbow & Boeing branch. Karen,Liz,Melissa & Joanne always make things easy for me & willing to help with anything I need. Their advice has helped me straighten out my finances, and I truly appreciate their excellent service & support
Rick and the team have been nothing short of amazing. When I couldn't get approved for a business credit card with the big banks because my small business has only been open for 1 year, I decided to stop in to Nuvision. Rick jumped through all the hoops to get me approved. I can't recommend this bank enough. I will be moving all of my accounts here now. It's refreshing to see a bank actually want to earn your business instead of being just another number that walks through the door.
