I've been a customer for over 20 years. I've been through some of the FCU's changes. This branch is an awful insight into Nuvision's vision for banking. Each time I walk in, im greeted and asked to use a kiosk/atm. Common sense would suggest, I didn't drive to the bank to talk to a machine. Instead of any tellers in the lobby, they have a tell stand, but no one to help, just put you in a que to wait. This new branch is beautiful and modern! They have a great staff greeting us as soon as we walked in and assisting me with my account. A+ on customer service!
