This location no longer exists!!! Update: got a call from the branch arguing that is doesn't say on Google Maps that it doesn't say located in Carrs. Well, here's the screen shot proof. Also of concern that they looked up my personal info to then call me on my personal phone. That shows a great lack of confidentiality and integrity. You should not cross reference Google reviews names to client account names and then use that information for personal gain, that's typically illegal.
Hate that members are not allow to use the bathroom here. Did a transaction at this location and was denied bathroom usage.
Most of my banking is done online and not in person but needless to say when problems arise a visit to the bank is needed. This is the problem that I encountered a few months ago. Got a notice that my home had a lien on it for a loan that was not paid in a very high amount of .76. Yes that is not a mistake it was for 76 cents.
