I wanted to give a shoutout to Jakub and Chance. They were able to help me resolve my issue that I was having with my online banking. Communication between the website and my phone was a nightmare. They took the time to explain how to use passkeys and add trusted devices to my account. These two definitely help set Nuvision apart from the other guys in town.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have called about 4 times with the same issue and have gotten 4 different answers. From being on hold for over an hour and still not a 100% answer. Why does no one know anything there? I’m getting transferred to different people and having to re-explain the situation all over just to AGAIN be transferred. Terrible.
Chance, Kyle and their amazing team helped me open a business account the other day. I can only describe the experience as a 10/10. Everyone seemed happy, engaged with their customers, and very accommodating. A very well managed store.Even though I forgot to print some of my documents they took care of me and helped me find what I needed. Very respectful and timely service. 10/10 would reccomend. They all deserve raises, especially Chance who helped me through the process.
Their new phone customer support is a joke! I’m in the que for 70 minutes to only be hung up on. Oh oops? Recall to get in the que again. Seriously 70 minute waits? Terribly unprofessional, I do not recommend.
