Nuvision recently updated the security for online banking, and it is awful. Online banking used to be easier to log in with any devices but now they want you to have. A keypass that doesn't work when you log on through your cellphone or laptop. I would recommend using a different bank if you care about accessing and seeing your information online (not via a banking app).

Always done right by me. Good folks to work with.
Their online banking never works and if you have a VPN get used to waiting 30min+ for the code to log in after you enter your user name and password. Never had a bank that I wasnt able to log into online.
We got a vehicle loan through this organization when they were still Denali FCU. We paid off the loan after they fully transitioned to Nuvision. The loan has been paid off for years now and they still have not sent a title or any documentation to state they are no longer the lien holder. The AI assistant over the phone system is a joke, and it takes an hour just to get a hold of a representative at their call center.
