Is zero stars an option? Been a member for over 25 years and since the merger its been miserable. Currently unable to replace my debit card for weeks. Call and sit on hold for 30 minutes or more, can't get a call back. I've relocated so cant just pop in to a branch. Ready to close my account.
The absolute most INCOMPETENT business I have EVER dealt with bar none. I have been trying to get simple paperwork of Release Of Lein on my 2002 car that I am the original owner of for well over a week. Their CALL BACK request never work and the 1 time after calling every day for a week, I reached a human I was told "I was IN LINE to have that paperwork EMAILED to me." after taking over Denali FCU, Nuvision has successfully reduced hours and when you have to call them you are routed to California where they have 2 people in the call center. I have never waited over an hour to talk to my bank. This is pure lack of respect for membership and by having only hours for Pacific time lack of respect for Alaskans. Our bank in Omaha has a 24 hour banker (someone that could do almost anything) that actually answers the phone at 3 in the morning, it is crazy how customer service works.
