Every time dealing with the gals in the construction loan department is difficult. My advice is if you hate your job as it seems, please find another and don’t project your unprofessional on to anyone else. Elena is not a good look for your company.
Absolutely the worst bank.
yeah whoever bought this from Denali did a shitty ass job. the phone customer service has people waiting 40 minutes to 5 hours. the online banking system tends to crash more than it should be working. as well as reaching out to a real representative, either pay your employees better wages, better treatment, & fix your shitty system or just shut down altogether. don’t bother replying saying to email or call whatever random number you will try to input. id rather deal with another bank than this.
Rude tellers
Nuvision recently updated the security for online banking, and it is awful. Online banking used to be easier to log in with any devices but now they want you to have. A keypass that doesn't work when you log on through your cellphone or laptop. I would recommend using a different bank if you care about accessing and seeing your information online (not via a banking app).
