Placed a $800 skin care order from this company Dec 26th I did not get confirmation of order nor did I get a update on shipping, took over 2.5 weeks to arrive when I am also in Canada, it was a cold snap and unfortunately it arrived completely frozen solid, when I contacted them they asked for video proof of the ruined products which I took the time to do, the lotion changed colour from white to yellow, the serum blew up when I opened it, and the company made me wait a week to have the solution of shipping it back to get rep... read more
