Fast easy professional
My appointment was for 12:30, waited 45 minutes and still not called. Had to leave to go to another appointment for 2 pm. Had to pay for parking for no reason! Will tell my Dr not to send me there in the future.
3:50 appointment at NuView. Now been waiting an hour. Secretary left at 4:30 saying nothing. Could have said, someone will come get you. My time is just as valuable as another's. Ridiculous service.
Does not answer e-mails or voicemail messages requesting to book an appointment. Don't bother with this place.
Absolutely horrible experience with Nuview. The receptionist is extremely deceptive and manipulative, rude and extremely uncaring. The patients suffer so much because of the practices. Wouldn't recommend Nuview for any tests or procedures, I would definitely request anywhere else from your family doctor
