Horrible experience. I went to do an ultra and they didn’t even give me my ultra photo. Receptionist left at 4:50 and upon asking she said I m picking up my daughter. I don’t have time! Come back tomorrow. Like there is no value for my time, the fuel I used to go there and of course the parking fee. What a bullshit! This was my first time experience with them today. Lisa went above and beyond her job this week. She brought me to tears by understanding and taking the time to care about my situation. Everything you did for me was truly incredible. Thank you
I was there today for a echo cardiogram, the lady at the front that checked me in was so very nice. Big smile as she spoke to me and the other people that were coming in. The young man ( Christian) that did the test was incredible. He is very friendly and spoke to me like we were old friends. I am probably old enough to be his mother. The whole experience was great. Thank you and keep up the great work.
