Family doctor sent a referral off to get an x-ray. three days later they called at 9:06 AM which I missed and I called back at 9:10 AM. Thank God, an automated response saying leave your name number. We’ll get back within 48 hours. I did so ,I called back 20 minutes later, and I called back 40 minutes later no answer so I went down in person since they can’t pick up their phones. Nu view radiology is a wonderful place to get your echocardiogram and other imaging. The receptionist is a pleasure to talk too. The ultra techs are so friendly and a joy to interact with. They are professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing them. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Horrible experience. I went to do an ultra and they didn’t even give me my ultra photo. Receptionist left at 4:50 and upon asking she said I m picking up my daughter. I don’t have time! Come back tomorrow. Like there is no value for my time, the fuel I used to go there and of course the parking fee. What a bullshit! This was my first time experience with them today.
