I am a breeder and have used NUVET for years and my dogs have benefitted greatly from this product. I give literature and samples to all my clients and reccomend they continue with it as well.
Awful customer service. Specifically placed an order thru the phone to be sure i get it in 3 to 5 business days and the girl apparently didn’t place an order. Been waiting for a week to get the powder or a confirmation number and it never came in. I had to call and the guy on the phone told me that the lady only made an account not an order. Attempted to cancel my autoship. They shipped it anyway. then I had to pay for return shipping and then a 20% destruction fee on the produce because they will not reuse produce. Horrible customer service.
