The RN’s basically are policy advocates for New Milford Primary Care, and shield the Physician from the patients. They are not advocating for you, that’s for sure! Adapting policy to accommodate the needs of a patient is another story. The SO CALLED RN’s, lack sensitivity and compassion towards their patients, resulting in all the policies followed, regardless of the patient outcome. This office has declined in the last few years! I loved seeing Dr Anderson (back when he had his own office at old location) and then the few APRNs after that in the new location (who since left the practice by the way… so many came and went) The new doctors haven’t been up to par. I was set up with Dr. Massiel Crespo Fleury and she spoke very quiet and softly, seemed very unsure of herself. I think she is very new. I hadn’t had a primary doctors appt in a few years and so I had scheduled my first visit with her. I had the w... read more
