The concept of having an all-in-one primary facility really appealed to me initially. However, after numerous takeovers and acquisitions, and a revolving door of doctors, it seems like there is very little interest in the patients and customers. In addition, it is nearly impossible to meet with an actual doctor. The best I seem to warrant is a "telehealth" visit. Actual appointments with my primary care doctor are 9+ months out. This place is a joke. Refused to refill my prescription after hours because they wrongly considered an SSRI as a controlled substance. Had to call back and finally speak with a doctor. Rude and unhelpful staff. One (and only) advantage of this place is the convenient location.

If you care for your health, do you and your loved ones a favor and just make the trip to Danbury Hospital if possible.
