All I wanted was a simple 504 disabilities note for my teaching job, they told me they would have the form ready but they made me do it in person- even though its just paperwork. They filled out a student form twice that obviously wasnt accepted by my job, and then charged me $259 and refused to help me further, saying now that its the patients job to have the form. Switching doctors today! :)
Transferred my primary care here and had a wonderful experience for an annual physical. The office is so clean and the staff is so kind and helpful. I did not have to wait 5 minutes past my appointment time, and was thoroughly cared for by nurse staff and Dr. Takhtovich. He was extremely detail oriented and in no way rushed through my appointment. Definitely will continue to visit this office!
Love the people and the doctors really shows they care about you and what you think they take time to answer all questions and open to your ideas of your treatment
