The front desk staff at reception as well as I believe she was an MA or RN that did my initial triage/intake questions before the provider came in were actually, EXCEPTIONAL. After all my years with this practice (about 4 in total), the care is always of the same caliber, every time, without a doubt. The adjective, “comfortable”, would be a GROSS understatement. Absolutely love Tracy as my medical professional. I have tried several OBGYN’s in the area and she is the one! Very friendly, laid back and on task with her appointments. However, the office staff is not quite up to par. Just spoke with someone and she could use some training in customer service skills. She seemed like she was having a very bad day or just doesn’t enjoy her job.
