I have x-rays on Apr 9. I asked for a CD, but they were so proud that they now have them on line with Pocket. health and that i could look it up within 24-48 hours. It is now 5 days later and no x-rays. I wasted 30 minutes trying to reach someone who could help only to get a please hold with shitty music for over 10 minutes and no one picking up. DON'T USE THIS PRACTICE IF YOU NEED RECORDS QUICKLY FOR YOUR HEALTH. THEY APPARENTLY DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE IN PAIN
