Had X-rays done and everything claimed to be “normal” when I have documented arthritis diagnosis and pain and symptoms has worsened since last x ray and mri 3 years ago. Did the arthritis cure itself yet is more painful than ever? I have a bone spur as well that I was told was low enough to be caught on the x-ray which is absolutely not “normal” yet there was no comment about it? Now I’m going to have to go somewhere else to have this done again. Just ridiculous. Healthcare in CT has become a joke.
Why am I waiting over 1 and 1/2 hours for an mri????? So inconsiderate! There's no one else here.
My bone density test with Kathy was as easy as it could be. Kathy was kind and professional. She made my visit trouble free!

Had a late night MRI with Jordan and Lynda. They couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. I knew they must have had a long day, but you would never know it! The facilty was out of warm blankets so they wrapped me in heated robes. I want to give another shout out to Lisa at the front desk. She was amazing! helpful, knowledgeable and personable all at 7 pm!
