First off I would like to say that the office was very clean so Ill give it one star for that. I switched to this practice after moving to the area and I called to schedule a physical which was pretty seamless however when I went to the appointment I shockingly found out when the medical assistant was checking me in that because I was a new patient that this visit was so that the Dr. can meet me and discuss history which I have never experienced in my life and thought that was ridiculous considering I have no history. First time visiting this office and I am thrilled I am part of this practice. The front desk staff could not have been nicer and the nurse and Dr. Conway were wonderful and knowledgeable.
I’m absolutely shocked by the rude reviews I’ve read, considering my overwhelmingly positive experience with this group. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Conway and Dr. Rudenski, both highly knowledgeable and patient doctors. They take the time to answer any questions I may have and ensure that I feel comfortable and understood. If I send an email, I receive a prompt response either that evening or the following morning—this is the epitome of patient care! Very clean nice medical office. Front desk was great with checking me in. The medical staff was very nice including the doctor. The wait was very short before I was seen. Great doctors office!
