In my patient paperwork that i filled out, I requested that my landline number is the one that i want them to call with any lab results along with giving permission to leave the message with my husband or leave the message on the answering machine. It never gets done . They continually call the cell but never leave the lab results. So what's the point in filling out a ridiculous amount of paperwork if nobody adheres to it. Not happy!!
