My son waited all day for a return call from dr office he asked for assistance to fill a script . They are by the worst dnt use them
The year is 2023, and yet Nuvance can't even send bills electronically. Additionally, the bill payment process is unbelievably convoluted. This is only one of many problems with this third-rate monopoly on healthcare services in western Connecticut. I'd recommend people don't use it, but you don't have a choice.
The absolute worst! A network that has become so large, that you feel like you're trying to contact a massive corporation to simply speak with anyone in your doctor's office. No one knows what the other person is doing. You get moved around a phone tree over and over only to end up in the wrong place, or sit on hold. I loathe this place, it's a complete and utter disaster.Unfortunately, they've monopolized the market and you're stuck with this mess. Can I give negative stars?
