homeowner I reported a small leak at the top of my garbage disposal where it connects to the dishwasher. The disposal was great otherwise without any other issues. Unhappy – My Dacor microwave was no longer heating. That was the only problem, everything else was perfect. They fixed it at the tune of $160...no problem. I get it home and now the display doesn't work. I called them back an they said they did nothing to the display. It worked perfectly before I took it in and now it doesn't. No help was offered, but they could fix it for $240 more. Are you kidding me, what a rip off!!! Never again.

ABOUT TIME I just used Nutter Appliance for the first time to fix my Bosch dishwashers and I have to say this was the first experience I've had in a long time where the service man was a professional, well groomed and very happy person to help me out. I've used Box Appliances and I have to say the only way I would let them in my house is if I had other people with me. If you've used them before you know exactly what I mean. I can't say enough GREAT things about Nutter! Its about time real professional people are making house... read more

Excellent Customer Service – I only spoke with a Nutter representative on the phone, but he was extremely helpful, and provided me with some troubleshooting tips, which let me fix the problem myself. Not only did they save me money, but they were polite and extremely helpful!

Very Helpful I had a problem with my dishwasher that Bosch couldn't help with so I contacted Nutter and they walked me through a trouble shooting process and helped me fix the problem in one phone call.

Nutters has Viking Parts!!!! I'm a do-it yourself-er... Nutter, (Mike the owner) gave me guidance and saved me money on a part that I was going to buy and stated that it may be another part! He was correct. Thanks Mike.

Mrs. Woodrow My recent experience with the Parts department at Nutter Appliances was a total desaster! Parts Mngr. Mike was one of the rudest and unfriendliest man I have ever encountered in a service related business. We came away with the distinct feeling that Nutter does not need the business,nor do they care, so we took ours to another company. Maybe the owners want to read the reviews. I will not recommend Nutter to any of my friends.

Service with a Smile I have been using Nutter Appliance for just about 15 years. They have been great not only on the times that I had them come out to do service but also when I decided to to the repair myself and needed parts. Except for one time, they have had the parts in stock for my dacor and asko equipment and even went so far as to "coach" me on the repair that I was undertaking; replacing wiring on the dishwasher. Polite and nice are the 2 words I think of when doing business with them. Keep up the good work.

We dont even sell appliances (I'm a manager at Nutters) I am a manager at Nutter Appliance and we dont even sell appliances! All we do is parts and service. I dont know who this person is, but he must be bitter at someone else
