My name is Timothy Brooks, I called the office about the insurance that I purchased with my last pair of glasses. The lady asked me ok; can I get your date of birth, I do. she gave me run around trying to get me in for an exam. I would like the doctors to just listen to that conversation. She doesn't have any listening skills, computer skills. How did she get her job...
Recommendedvery friendly and knowlegeable staff. Dr Nutt is very personable and explains things to you so you understand. I would highly recommend her. office is clean and follows covid guidelines.

they are excellent at their profession. caring, qualified, thorough. they have tons of frames to choose from, and they have a good, and friendly staff. their office has good hours too.
Walked in today as soon as they opened, without an appointment and a pair of broken glasses. Not only was I greeted promptly and cheerily but they replaced my frames while I waited! They also placed new pads on my very old pair of back up glasses for no charge! I expected to drop the broken glasses off and come back for them another day. I never expected to be taken care of while I waited! Thanks so much! I appreciated the excellent customer service!
Dr. Nutt has been my primary eye care physician for 12 or 13 years now. I could not imagine ever going to someone else. Just today, I had a bit of an "emergency" with one eye, and I was able to get in to be seen right away, and was taken care of promptly and with great attention. She's really been extraordinary in my experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vision care provider.
