If you are looking for the best person to help you clean your gut and or looking to lose weight, Colleen is the best!!! Colleen worked with me step by step through out the program and have noticed major changes achieving my goals. Worth every penny. Really love her honesty and her knowledge in nutrition and the whole metabolic system. I will continue to do follow ups with Colleen as well. Nutritional Zest and Colleen…..THANK YOU! I actually have a background in Exercise and Nutrition, but Colleen is on another incredible level! She is very smart and passionate about helping people, and borders on geeky (that’s a compliment!) with the deep dive on information.
