Nutritional Zest and Colleen…..THANK YOU! I actually have a background in Exercise and Nutrition, but Colleen is on another incredible level! She is very smart and passionate about helping people, and borders on geeky (that’s a compliment!) with the deep dive on information. She helped me tune into something that my doctors and multiple dermatologists missed or ignored. If she doesn’t have an answer, she’ll read, research, and find one! Colleen is a badass. Sharp, honest, down to earth, genuine, realistic, patient, funny and extremely knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how great it is to work with Colleen. She is extremely knowledgeable, funny, smart, a consummate professional and an excellent guide. She's always up on the latest evidence and has boundless creativity when it comes to making programs or customizing plans for your individual needs. I've been struggling through The Pause, as well as an autoimmune disorder. Her support and expertise has helped me feel so much better and in control of my own health. Highly recommend!
