I met with Melanie Beasley At Nutritional Weight and Wellness to come up with a plan to address bone loss issues. Melanie is extremely knowledgeable and she is able to relay information in a way the lay person can easily understand. She patiently listened to my concerns and helped me get on a plan that combines supplements with diet and lifestyle changes that will allow me to continue my active lifestyle for years to come!
I work with this group via Skype and find them extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The nutritionist I work with has experience in helping people overcome a specific medical issue I have through diet (going gluten- and dairy-free) and it's made such a difference for me!
