Had my first shake and tea ever, and both were delicious! Very friendly atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back and work out!

the most delicious shakes and teas. Warm and friendly staff, Rose and Leah are wonderful. and if you need meal or nutrition advise, they are very knowledgeable. They can also hook you up to specialists in exercise, essential oils, healthy supplements. I recommend everyone to stop in, try a shake or tea and get to know the community in the shop.
I went to this location per recommendation from my regular vendor and I disappointed. They were closed even tough the hours stated they were open. I tried for several days and called. I guess I will keep going to Delaware
