I have been coming here to this Santee location for years. I've always supported the local shops. I was sold a product on 1/31/17 and when I went home to open the product the plastic wrap came off with the cap and I had noticed the paper seal was off the tub. Also the powder looked low. And for some reason there were five of the little freshness bags in the tub. I went to return and they told me to kick rocks. The worker called the manager Beto, and he said the same thing.
