RecommendedI’ve been going here for quite a few years for my herbal medicinal needs. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
I’m very disappointed with Nutrition World. They sold me CBD gummies and didn’t say they were not returnable. They were horrible and gave me a raging headache and diarrhea, so I wanted to simply exchange for a product that they had let me sample when I purchased the gummies - a much more expensive product at that - and I was told I could not. I will definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.
I’ve been a customer for 3 years. Today I called asking if they had a product in stock. After the sales associate had no idea what I was talking about and made me repeat myself many times they found it. Said they had some in stock. So we drove there, Mind you I am in a time crunch. I get there to find their entire freezer empty. I talk to a woman there about how their associate wasted my time. HE CONTINUES TO LIE. Saying he told me they did not have it in stock. The staff is nice , however the return policy stinks , I was recommended certain products and I got severe stomach pain. I had only taken 2 pills but they would not refund or exchange my purchase . I’m out $75 that’s just not right . Whole Foods will take things back if you end up buying something that doesn’t work or agree with you .just very disappointed.
