I hang out at this spot almost every Saturday Morning after my TRX Class. GREAT smoothies, healthy sandwiches and I love the healthier vitamin alternative. So, glad a good friend of mine turned me on to this HOT SPOT.....thanks Lynn Riley Lambert.
