They are not clear about the codes for the insurance (I did double-check with them before making appointment), I had been left with a big debt. They assure you if the code they provide is covered by the insurance then you are good, but they don’t mention that it is not the whole story. Anyway, in terms of the (nutrition-related) advice I got, I am not happy either.
Great advice from registered dietician. She spoke in easy to understand language and gave options, not directives, which was appreciated. Responsive to questions. Seemed to be well versed in up to date info on the overall picture, not just calories and exercise. Felt like she had genuine concern.
