Dan & Mike and the team is amazing! I love their nutrition smoothie shakes!. It is so good! The Atmosphere of the environment is so friendly and caring. They have workout classes for you and my best class is the Monday night Zumba. Come and see us.

I love everything about this place. The staff are top notch, knowledgeable, and friendly. I learn something new about nutrition and health everytime I visit and my questions are always answered. Besides, it’s just fun sitting with the regulars and enjoying an awesome shake and tea that not only makes you healthy but motivates and makes your day as well.
Cool and unique place to stop in and get a healthy meal or snack! The ladies working were nice and really helpful! The combo had a aloe shot, energy tea, and protein shake and I loved all 3!
