I've recently started meeting with Amy as a dietician. Due to my special and specific medical needs, she has been able to help me make some choices that will help me in the long run. It's a life style change, not a diet. If I ask for something and neither of us are sure, Amy researches each time and helps with obtaining the answer. I was in a place where I got stuck and I explained to Amy before going in that I needed someone to help me to get back on track and help me with accountability. Amy is AMAZING. I started visits with her as part of a bariatric surgery program. During the first year we worked together to understand how nutrition affects MY body. Her program is very customized; every body is different and she helped me find what works for me. It’s been two years and I’ve made so much progress.
